Job Description
A hospital in Massachusetts is seeking a board-certified anesthesiologist for a locum tenens position. The shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00a-3:30p. This hospital-based role involves handling an average of 5-7 operating room cases and 15-25 endoscopy cases per day. The patient age demographic ranges from adolescents to geriatrics (12 years and older). Required procedures include general surgical cases for adults, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, thoracic cases (except open heart), complex orthopedic cases, complex vascular cases (except open heart), spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and neurosurgical cases.
