A hospital in Maine has a job opening for an advanced practice provider specializing in cardiovascular surgery for a locum tenens assignment. The incoming nurse practitioner or physician assistant will work four 10–12-hour days per week if assigned to the OR and three 12–13-hour shifts if assigned to the ICU. Surgical call responsibilities include 1-2 weekdays per week from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. The ICU shifts include overnights in-house.
