A California hospital is seeking a locum tenens neurohospitalist to provide coverage. This role involves onsite coverage with shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM, and no night call, as telehealth group coverage is provided from 5 PM to 7 AM. Responsibilities include general neurology and acute stroke consultations, as well as inpatient neurology coverage. The neurohospitalist program offers a consulting service, with admissions and discharges performed by medical hospitalists or ICU physicians.
