- Our support teams in licensing, credentialing, and risk management that ensure that we’re setting every provider and client up for success;
- Our training team for creating the best training program in the industry, and doing a stellar job instilling our mission and values into every employee who walks through the door;
- Our IT team, for giving us the tools to succeed;
- Our Finance, HR, and Communications teams, for ensuring the health of our employees and our company, and helping us continue to grow;

We’ll also continue to invest in creating an environment that makes people excited to come to work every day. At Hayes Locums, a lot of our work is centered around our office, so we will continue to invest in creating spaces for our employees to come together and have fun––whether that be playing a round in our golf simulator, competing with your office mates at the foosball tables, or working out in our brand new gym.
Lastly, we’re committed to continuing to recognize the immense talent that we’re lucky enough to have on our team, celebrating employee achievements, milestones, and exceptional performance through programs like our Excellent in Service awards.
We’ve grown as a company in ways we never could have anticipated over a decade ago. But that’s not what we’re proudest of.
