Do I sign a contract with Hayes Locums? Am I free to pursue a permanent position while working temporary assignments?

Yes, you will sign a contract with Hayes Locums for the accepted assignment. However, you are free to work with other locum tenens agencies. Although we will work hard to become your preferred agency of choice, no one agency can guarantee coverage for every opportunity, every time. Our main concern is providing you the highest quality coverage and customer service. You are also free to work locum tenens in addition to your permanent position.
What about travel? Do I get a stipend for housing and a rental car?

As a locum tenens physician, the following expenses will be included: travel, tolls, and housing.
