Hayes Locums ranked #51 in the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2022 List of Largest U.S. Healthcare Staffing Firms.
The list, which has been issued annually for 27 years, was created to provide a big picture of the U.S. healthcare temporary staffing industry landscape. Companies on the list were ranked in order of revenue size, with Hayes Locums ranking #51 among healthcare staffing firms, and #7 among locum tenens staffing firms.
“We are excited to be once again recognized as one of the top locums companies in the country. Our commitment to provide excellent service and support to our providers and clients is what drives us.”
-Amy Perry, Chief Financial Officer
Our inclusion on this year’s list is a particular honor, because 2022 marked our 10th Anniversary. The growth we’ve experienced over this past decade has been humbling, and we firmly believe that it is our commitment to quality at every stage of the locums process that has facilitated that growth. “We provide a great experience from our first touch through the placement process to even beyond the assignment,” said Kelly Workman, Senior Vice President of Sales. “And the results of that have shown not just in our growth as a company, but in the quality of relationships we’ve developed.”
But more important than what it represents for us as a company is the way that growth has enabled us to provide quality care for patients who need it.
“In expanding locums opportunities, we have also expanded patient care during a time when the need for physicians has never been more dire,” said Josh Ruf, Vice President of Accounting & Finance. “Our work has helped fill the gap as more and more doctors have left healthcare, and ensured that tens of thousands of patients continue to have access to quality medical care.”
-Josh Ruf, Vice President of Accounting and Finance
As we continue to grow, we are committed to keeping perspective on what matters: providing quality matches for quality care. Every single member of our team works together with that goal in mind: from moving heaven and earth to get a provider credentialed within 72 hours to make sure a rural emergency room can stay open, to making sure our providers make it to their assignments on time regardless of the travel obstacles, to helping facilities address the surgical backlogs that are impeding patient care.
Because for us, it’s never about the bottom line. It’s about ensuring that every patient has access to the best possible care.
